All orders are shipped via UPS
Orders may not be shipped to P.O. boxes

Order Changes, Cancellations or Returns

Please contact our Customer Service group for modifications to an existing order. Broan-NuTone will accept returns on orders if we are notified within 30 days of the receipt of the order. Refund will be for the purchase price of the product and does not include the original shipping charges.
